Es war alles ,wie beschrieben. Helen,die Vermieterin, habe nur per mail mit ihr kommuniziert, aber reichte auch vollkommen aus, super freundlich,super nett. Es gab eine kleine Reparatur im Bad, wurde umgehend von ihr in die Wege geleitet. Wir waren sehr glücklich in diesem voll! ausgestatteten, komfortablen Haus.Auch unser Hund war glücklich!!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus direkt hinter den Dünen
Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und genau so wie beschrieben. Obwohl 9 Personen im Haus schlafen könnten, ist das Haus eventuell etwas zu beengt für mehr als 6 Personen. Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und dessen Dimensionen einfach atemberaubend! Sehr gute Lage zum fußläufigen Einkaufen und im Haus ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht!

Ferienhaus und Lage sehr gut, Reinigung problematisch, zum Verständnis bitte den Begleittext lesen
*Bevor ich auf andere Details eingehe, ist mir wichtig, zu betonen, dass die Vermieterin nichts für die teils fragwürdige Reinigung des Hauses kann, die an eine Firma vergeben worden war, sondern sich im Gegenteil sehr kulant und hilfsbereit gezeigt hat. Mit dem betreffenden Unternehmen, das auch selbst eine Häuservermietung anbietet, haben wir einige Male hinsichtlich des Reinigungsergebnisses schlechte Erfahrungen machen müssen. Diese betrafen und betreffen nicht Bereiche und Umstände, die der umgebenden Natur zuzurechnen sind. Offensichtlich ist die Zeit, die den Angestellten pro Wohnung zugebilligt wird, viel zu knapp bemessen. Haus und Ausstattung sind wie beschrieben und auch für einen kürzeren Urlaub sehr gut geeignet. Der Strand und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Alle Ferienhäuser auf Römö stehen näher beieinander, als man vielleicht aus anderen Regionen Westdänemarks gewohnt sein könnte. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und sind insgesamt sehr zufrieden gewesen.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub vom 05.-12.05.2018
-Perfekt geeignet für unseren Kurzurlaub- Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Aufteilung. Es ist an alles gedacht und zweckmäßig mit einigen schönen Details eingerichtet. Besonders schön fanden wir die fast ums ganze Haus laufende Terrasse mit mehreren Sitzecken und die angrenzende Garage, die sich hervorragend für die Lagerung von Getränken und Vorräten eignet. Das schafft Platz im Haus. Leider findet man im Haus schon einige Abnutzungserscheinungen und kleine Mängel wie zum Beispiel defekte Küchenschublade, Geschirrspüler ist nicht im Schrank montiert und kippt nach vorne, Besenschrank riecht übel, evtl. müsste der Staubsauger mal gereinigt werden. All die Sachen sind ärgerlich und könnten sicherlich mit kurzem Handwerkereinsatz behoben werden. Das alles macht aber die geniale Lage des Hauses, die Nähe zum Strand ob zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto wieder wett. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und möchten den Vermietern nochmals danken. Der Kontakt vor und während des Urlaubs war perfekt. Es wurde immer schnell geantwortet und reagiert. Wir kommen gern nächstes Jahr wieder. Vielen Dank.
