Staff was very nice and helpful but actual castle can use some TLC. It was very quiet for me where I felt little scared in the building. Breakfast was good though. Light in the rooms are on sensor I believe and whole night they kept coming off which scared me even more. I kept TV on all night to distract ourselves.

Property was great. Room was pleasant. Service was fantastic. The only real drawback is the distance from the city (e.g., for alternative restaurants, etc.), but that all depends on what you're looking for.

Great one night stay

We stay here just for one night and wanted something out of the city of Aalborg (off the beaten path) for our last night in DK. The staff was friendly and the room was clean, just small and really didn't have much time to experience the hotel or area.

Super romantisk ophold. SkÞnt og rigtig hyggeligt hotel med fantastisk morgenmad. Hotellet er lidt slidt udenpÄ, men indenfor oser det af historie og hygge. Alt det de "moderne" kolde "just sleep" hoteller ikke er.

HĂ€r finns Ă€ven gamla pizzakartonger och ölglas man kan beskĂ„da pĂ„ matbordet framför motionscykeln. Tv (utan bild) Utdaterad information pĂ„ rummen t.ex. gĂ€llande wifi. StĂ€dpersonal med panik i blicken. Behov av renovering. Mycket heminredning/kvadratmeter. Möjlighet att slippa lĂ„sa upp dörren efter stĂ€dning.(Detta gĂ€llde dock bara 1 av 2 rum).
