This beautiful villa Heike is a SMOKE FREE VILLA. Situated in a quiet part of Ciudad Quesada, with beautiful sights to the salt lakes, a park on the opposite of the street, with tennis courts.

LIVING ROOM: The living toom is very spacious and has a big open kitchen. The interior is very beautiful, with a sofa, table and six chairs, smart TV, IPTV, etc
The kitchen is fully equipped. Under floor heating.

BEDROOMS:
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms with a shower, toilet, sink, etc... Under floor heating.

POOL: The villa has huge covered pool 10 x 5m, iThe cover can be closed manually any time to avoid dirt ninth pool, even when it rains you still can take a swim.
The maintenance of the pool is weekly on Monday.

POOL-AREA:
Outside is a huge tiled space around the villa, there are 4 sun-beds, there is a covered barbecue, with a gas oven, a fridge, furniture to relax with a table and 6 chairs, etc...

PARKING:
The parking area is on the plot, totally covered for more than one car and can be
closed with an Electric gate with remote control.

TERRAS:
There is a huge terrace what can be closed with glass-panels and under floor heating.

PROTECTION: The Villa is a protected Villa with an Alarm system of Security central 24/24 hours
