The spacious outdoor terrace, which is idyllic for soaking up the Mediterranean sun in the afternoon, features a hydromassage infinity pool with seawater and a 50m2 waterfall surrounded by sun loungers and an outdoor shower. During winter time, there’s a surcharge for pool heating. In the extension, there is a summer living area with sitting furniture, a summer gazebo with a dining table for 10 people, and a Dalmatian barbecue.

The ground floor consists of an open concept that combines a living room, dining room, and a fully equipped SieMatic kitchen with an island and high chairs.
