The elevator was broken and we were on the second floor. I helped a lady down the stairs that was on the third floor with a bad knee. The ice machines on the second and third floor was not working either. The hot tub was not working and the pool looked dirty. Went down for breakfast and there was no gravy and when they brought more it was barely warm. Will not visit again nor will we recommend it either.

They might need a few more employees but besides that this was a pretty nice hotel. Clean breakfast was delish. The hot tub didn’t work which was why we picked this one but the pool was still nice. They need to keep towels by the pool and the pool closes at 11 not 11:30. The lights around the pool shut off by themselves at 1130 but they want you out by 11pm. But I would stay here again if I needed to

Great Location

Pleased with the staff, genuinely friendly, helpful, respectful and courteous. The hotel could use some upgrades and repairs. But it was generally clean and comfortable. The area was convenient and worked well for our stay. Our disappointment was in the pool, which in my opinion, needed a good shock treatment to clear the water. It was cloudy, with a green tint and we chose not to use it. The hot tub, which is one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, was not in working order and there was no notice of this when we booked.

This property is tired and needs an upgrade. The A/C is moldy , the pool was green and in need of cleaning. The chairs in the dinning area are shabby and peeling. Pricilla on night reception was especially welcoming and helpful as I arrive at 2.30am. It is a hard place to get to or travel - a car is essential. It was noisy near the ice machine.

Attached bath tub mat was partial detached from the tub make standing in the tub difficult, after 2 days of struggling to shower, house keeping finally removed. Shampoo dispenser was broken and empty and house keeping did not refill or fix the dispenser.

The pool was nasty the jets was not working. The hot tub didnt work. The rooms was dusty. Half the floor vending machine wasnt working or was empty. On top of that they change me 10 dollars per room more after check out and i dont know why. Room wasnt trash or anything
