Nice room poor service room in different building

Super unfriendly receptionist. Our room ended up in another building across the main road. Room itself was nice and quiet. Due to early start we ordered a breakfast to go. In the restaurant we were told there was an upcharge of 5 euros but when we ordered it later in the day the charge had been changed. Receptionist was totally ridged and refused to give us the lower quoted price.

It’s terrible hotel because It wasn't clean at all, the beds, toilet terrible. I not recommended to any visitors to attended this hotels. The staff were nice the location also nice.

A good option to visit Roermond.

A good option for an overnight stay if you're visiting the town or the massive shopping outlet. You have to get the key from the main hotel next to the station but the room was nice and we had good nights sleep. Breakfast is in the main hotel and parking is a bit of a walk on the other side of the railway station but we'd definitely stay again.

1st room had mould growing on ceiling dirty toilet after some effort room was changed for another disappointing room same dirty toilet which according to the manager all toilets are badly stained due to age . Terrible internet dropping out all the time . Stayed for or week floor was never cleaned . Overall very disappointing

Good quality albeit first impression

Overall experience is pleasing except guests could do with friendlier staff during check-in. First impression matters. Note there are 2 properties, Roermond Brasserie and Next Door. Parking and check-in is at Brasserie. Next Door is across the road. Room is clean, with comfortable beds. Also comes with a/c. Our room comes with breakfast. Good quality. Worthy note, if driving, set destination as Roermond Train Station, otherwise you will miss the property. I would rate it as 3.5* overall.

Nice and affordable hotel

It was a very pleasant stay. The staff were very helpful. Parking is in a garage and not too far from the hotel.

The safe in our room didn’t work so we moved to the main building which is more expensive than Next Door. The room is Next Door was also good. Check-in and breakfast were great and the staff was very friendly. Good location and amenities!

Wir waren im Next Door untergebracht und mussten leider feststellen, dass es sehr hellhörig ist. Sowohl alles was draußen vor der Tür passiert als auch alles im Zimmer über einem ist sehr störend. Bin nachts öfter wach geworden, weil ich dachte jetzt kommt die Decke runter. Zudem kam morgens plötzlich ein fiependes, sehr hohes Geräusch aus dem Flur. Es war wohl ne Fehlermeldung von irgendeinem System. Da ‚next door‘ über kein Personal vor Ort hat, wurde der Fehler erst durch mich erkannt. Das Bad und Zimmer sind sauber. Das Frühstück ist auch vielfältig und lecker. Das Parken ist ein Abenteuer für sich. Wenn man die örtlichen Begebenheiten kennt, ist es kein Problem und man kommt schnell vom Hotel zum Parkhaus. Für Ortsunkundige ist es erst mal verwirrend und nach einem anstrengenden Tag echt ne Herausforderung. Zudem kommt man durch die vielen Einbahnstraßen gar nicht direkt an das Hotel um seine Sachen auszuladen.
