Are you looking for a large, comfortable apartment for yourself, love the North Sea, pure nature and want to visit the island of Sylt during your vacation? - You have come to the right place.
Only 1 km from the Danish border, approx. 3 km from the North Sea coast at the level of the Hindenburgdamm, which leads to Sylt, is the architect's house from the 70s, which we have lived in since October 2017. It is only 4 km to the Klanxbüll train station. In a few minutes you are from there by train to the island of Sylt. It is even easier and faster in our own 8000 sqm biotope right by the house: with a lake in which tench and carp frolic. Right in the middle is a cute garden house, where you can even sleep with 2 people. Of course you can fish here at no additional cost and then fry the fish on the charcoal grill. Or you can just relax on a seating area in the garden while the kids romp around and conquer the children's house that is in the garden. If you are our guest at the right time, you can snack on delicious apples and pears from the trees. No comparison to the fruits in the supermarket.
The apartment on the first floor is 85 square meters. There you will find a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV and a stereo. You can access the Internet via WLAN. In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed, a cot and a changing table. Next to it is the children's room with two beds and a bathroom with shower. If you do not have enough sleeping space, you can book a room with a double bed on the ground floor and a second bathroom. Just talk to us! - House dust allergy sufferers should also be at the right address with us. The floors are made of tiles or Laminate. Only a small pedestal is covered with a sisal carpet.
A tip: go to Denmark, maybe with bicycles, which you can of course get from us for free. A stone's throw to Hoyer (approx. 10 km) or a small car tour to the island of Römö (50 km), where you can even drive the sandy beach with your car. And how about a trip to the small town idyll Tönder, where the world-famous folk festival takes place in August (13 km away). Or you can visit the nature reserve Rickelsbüller Koog, a bird paradise in the immediate vicinity, where in addition to rare species, large colonies of barnacle goose are also at home. Boredom will be a foreign word during your stay!
