Bears Den Lodge B & B Room 4

Direct access to Moosehead Lake and outdoor adventure in the surrounding areas. Enjoy fishing, boating, hiking, access to ATV trails, and golfing at nearby Mt. Kineo. Winter months bring direct access to snowmobile trails, ice fishing, and cross country skiing.
Continental breakfast included.

Guests will be able to contact me via the Arbnb site. I am also present at the Bed & Breakfast so accessible in-person as well.

We were impressed with how neat and tidy the host kept his B & B. A wildlife-inspired aesthetic is evident in the communal dining area as well as in the four bedrooms on the second floor. The atmosphere emitted by this lends itself to the outdoor environment, which Don has nicely captured.Additionally, he provided highlights and places to consider for visitors to Moosehead Lake.

The host could not have been more accommodating. He had a wealth of recommendations about the area that he was happy to share, and breakfast was provided every morning. The town was great and there was plenty to do.

Don was a kind and very good host who enjoys meeting people and giving them the best experience in a beautiful place. The Bears Den is comfortable, clean and in a perfect location for anyone visiting Moosehead Lake for any activities in summer or winter. We can’t recommend the Bears Den more highly.

Newly restored country inn with lovely lake view

Owner occupied inn authentically decorated comfortable rooms with adjoining shop for fishing and hunting needs hosted by a seasoned Maine guide who also provides a complete home cooked breakfast.
