Our Happy Place

Walking distance from Historic Cocoa Village. Short drive to the beaches ~15mins. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. This is a cozy two bedroom one bath fully furnished half duplex. High speed internet, Roku TV, Keurig coffee maker, and the basic amenities are all included for your stay!

3 security cameras with sound recording located on entryways and backyard recording each entryways and is on and continually recording.

Photos are representative of the furnishings of the home. Smoking inside the unit will incur a minimum of a $500 fine.
For stays 30 days or more, we will offer a complementary cleaning every 2 or 4 weeks. We will coordinate a day and time for when the cleaning will take place.

We are pet friendly however, certain size and breed restrictions apply. Must be approved by host and fee paid. We ask to keep pets off the furniture and bedding. Please pick up pet waste. Must be leashed on the property and crated if leaving alone.

Smoking inside the unit will incur a minimum of a $500 fine.

Garbage days are Tuesdays and Fridays.

Very cozy but ...

Tastefully decorated and spacious 2 bedroom unit. Really felt at home pretty quickly. TV/den space only allows for 2 people to sit and doesn't face TV so we turned the sofa. But if 4 people, there would be no seating other than kitchen chairs. A small 'L' shape sectional would be perfect. We began seeing palmetto bugs. Total of 5 over the 4 days of stay they were being found. The neighborhood surrounding the house was not appealing at all and a bit sketchy, but this 2 unit house was decent on the exterior but has no outdoor space to enjoy. All in all, the host was responsive, the beds were comfortable and the shower was nice. It served its purpose. We slept well and enjoyed the space when we were able to relax and have meals and watch TV.

Perfect for our needs

We were very pleased with our stay. The host responded to all messages immediately. Loved having a few coffee pods and creamers to get us started. This place was nothing fancy, but the cost was reasonable and had exactly what we neededfor our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Quaint little condo

Hosts were quick to respond to air conditioning issues. Very kind and genuine; very much cared about our experience. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable so we had to get some of our own but other than that, was a comfy little place. Would highly recommend these hosts and would definitely book with them again

A cozy spot

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Steven and Lilly's place. They are so quick to respond to messages and check in was a breeze. My only negatives are for the location: it's a little further from Cocoa Village than we had hoped. We wanted to walk, but with a stroller and no sidewalks we quickly decided that wasn't in the cards. The beds are comfy, and the rooms stay dark enough for our toddler to sleep in. They provide bathroom supplies (soaps and hair dryer). There is a washing machine and dryer but they don't supply the detergent. No dish washer, but fully stocked with dishes, kuerig coffee pot (and pods!), and a microwave. Take aways: they are great hosts, location is a bit far from the village without ample (and safe) sidewalks.

Not fancy, but totally adequate!

We stayed here for 9 days. The place is small and old, but has been redone nicely to accomodate two, to four people. Very well stocked in kitchen and bathroom. Owners very attentive to your needs to insure you have everything you need. We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic little spot

My family and I had a lovely 2 week stay at this cozy place. Beautiful interior with some of the comfiest beds i’ve ever had away from home. Definitely in walking distance to Cocoa Village lots of great restaurants nearby. Great location for those interested in seeing Nasa’s Space Center. About under an hour away from Disney World so not too far. Hosts are amazingly communicative and left us with wonderful treats and recommendations. I highly recommend this stay to anyone. Thank you again for having us!

Great little oasis!

This little apartment was the perfect oasis to return to with my son after a long, hot day. Everything was spotless. I was able to control my own temperature. It's on an odd little street, but I wasn't staying there for the neighborhood. I was staying there as a place to return to at the end of the day and to settle in for the night. I would say, in general, that I wish VRBO property owners wouldn't use plug-in air fresheners. I understand the desire to create a pleasant-smelling space, but some of us are very sensitive to perfumes and aromas. Otherwise, I'd totally stay in this flat again.
