It’s a cute motel with all that is needed for a night’s stay. The bed was very comfortable: When I had a request, I was answered promptly. Some issues we encountered was that we arrived via an Uber and therefore had no transportation. We had to depend on car shares for food and other necessities. We had no hot water when we arrived at night. The morning we departed, we did have hot water in the shower but still none in the sink. These are easily correctable issues. If you’re looking for a cute, expensive place to stay, consider the Bonsai.

This is an old property that has actually been renovated to modern standards. It was clean and everything worked as it should. Toilet was modern and newish. Shower was modern and newish. Plenty of room for up to two people for 2-3 nights but it did lack in storage, such as a luggage rack. Keurig coffee available in shared space and management or owners were accommodating to my irregular travel schedule. If you happen to be a cyclist on a budget, this gets you within 5 miles of the Intercoastal Waterway Century and the end of the route comes right by the motel. There could be some road and train noise but they provide earplugs, which I didn't need as I'm a deep sleeper. Common area includes toaster oven, microwave and vending machines for basic munchies. Location isn't walkable but you're not far from major shopping centers and Cocoa Village. No frills lodging for the unpretentious traveller.

Andrea was great. I was a bit silly calling to ask where to make the coffee provided. I was unfamiliar with this type of setup with the central cabana and the clean picnic tables. She didn't laugh at me. Very nice..

Cozy & Cute

It was absolutely the cutest little place to stay!!! The room was so cozy and comfortable! It was decorative! Like me and my wife immediately fell in love with the place once we got through the door! Plus the owner was super friendly! And sooo easy to talk to and get everything we needed to check in!!!! I loved the fact that they check in the same way an air BNB does! We both loved the sound of the train, but if you don’t that could be the only downfall I could think of! We definitely will stay here again if we leave port for our cruise from port Canaveral!

The room was chariming and exceptionally clean. Multiple pillows of varying firmness to choose from. There is no check-in, which I LOVED! I will definitely stay here again!
