We regularly stay at the PA as it is off the highway, has clean rooms with dogs allowed inside & the dining is excellent.

Unfortunately the night we stayed, next room was extremely noisy and disruptive-did not get any sleep!!!

The lay out of the room was very odd, the air con and tv in bad positions. The food in the Bistro was fantastic. Grass for the dog would have been good too, seeing as its pet friendly there was only a very small area at the rear of the motel.

Bathroom still had dirty towels on the floor. Rubbish left on the bathroom sink. Lots of staining on the floor. Double bed top sheet was unclean.

A handy place with a nice Bistro, with staff offering and happy to bring food to our room. Staff approachable. Need to use shower early otherwise hot water takes a while to come through I found. Overall very relaxing.

Workers staying in rooms on both sides of me. I don't normally complain about noise but this was another level. Asked them at midnight to keep it down. Kept going until 1.30am. Then 1 of them knocking on all doors at 5.15am to go to work. Won't stay there again.

Reception staff were easily contactable and always very helpful. Room was modest but clean and very suitable for the task. Hotel-motel was easy to find, just of the highway. Parking was easy, directly outside my room.
