The room was filthy but the real issue came during the final night. From midnight to 3 am, I was constantly disturbed by loud noises outside my room. There was consistent walking, heavy crashing sounds as if someone was dropping something, and to top it off, around 2 am, a staff member began shoveling snow right outside my window. I struggled to fall asleep which was frustrating due to an early flight the next day. In the morning, I noticed the shoveling patterns in the parking lot were random, and the job seemed half-hearted, with snow moved in no particular direction, not even near the walkway. I called the front desk twice and even spoke to an employee in person at 1:30 am, but the situation didn’t improve.

This is a low frills hotel, priced well for the area. Complementary breakfast was sufficient and offered a good variety. There was coffee makings in the room, but no tea (even at breakfast), so bring your own. The room was clean, but the tub felt like it wasn't supported properly, and groaned under each of our less than 200lb selves. The biggest concern I had was the lack of an elevator to the second floor, although there are accessible rooms on the first floor. I didn't realize this until late in the game, and it did present some challenges for my husband. Housekeeping was cheerful and friendly-the desk person was polite. The online check in and checkout required timing decisions that I wasn't sure about, but I just defaulted to the published times for those since I wasn't sure how long we'd take. I would stay there again if we can arrange for an accessible or ground floor room.
