The overall cleanliness of the room was fine. The choice of a leather seat with an obvious butt stain was a little gross. The only garbage can was in the bathroom, so trash built up over 2 days (personal choice not to have room serviced due to working in room all day). The bathroom was great. The room was spotless and even had refillable water bottles, which you can refill with your choice of flat or sparkling water. The staff was fantastic and the hotel and rooms were clean and modern. We loved relaxing in the library with a roaring fireplace and making complimentary smores kits on the fire pits! Will definitely return.

The room was clean and comfortable. Wonderful view. The only thing I would add is a full length mirror. We went out to dinner every night and really missed having a mirror. Our last day we had breakfast in the room and it was delivered a little later than we wanted but was still delicious.

The Lake House has left nothing to chance! The rooms are so well appointed and the lake view balconies complete with Adirondack chairs invite you to relax. Love the open lobby, versatile library for coffee or cocktails. The restaurants are delicious and the service is impeccable. Don’t miss the charm of the evening s’mores at the fire pit.
