Beautiful home in Rochester!

Our family stayed for three nights for a local swimming meet that our 10yr old daughter was competing in. Tom (owner) was wonderful from the beginning. Communication before, during, and after our stay was awesome. Ken (listing manager) was also very helpful and informative during the process. The house was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked. It was also conveniently located close to great local restaurants and grocery stores. Check in and check out was very smooth. We couldn't have asked for better hospitality and care during our stay. As this swimming event takes place yearly, we will definitely look this property up for future stays. Thank you so much, Tom and Ken!!

We enjoyed our stay at Rutgers House Loft. The property was everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again. The neighborhood is beautiful and we could walk to almost everything we wanted to do.

This property is hands-down FABULOUS! It is in a convenient, safe location with all the amenities you could need… and more! Everyone involved (owner to concierge) is personable and professional, and the loft is decorated as if featured in a magazine. We would absolutely stay here again.

Classy and Comfortable Stay

Just enjoyed a week there with family of 4. Spacious loft in a great location with everything you need including a well-equipped kitchen. Appreciated being able to have our doggy with us. Friendly owner and Lewis, our contact, were prompt to address our questions and needs. Would definitely stay there again. 😊
