The space
Located on a quiet Rochester street, this 3 bedroom/1 bath home sleeps up to seven guests. Upstairs, you will find two king size beds and one single bed. Downstairs, the sectional sofa in the living room converts to a bed that comfortably sleeps two. The brand new, fully equipped, cook’s kitchen boasts open shelving, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The formal dining room is styled with bold wallpaper, a retro chandelier, and a modern dining table with seating for 6. In the rear of the house you will find first floor laundry that is available to all of our guests and a quiet office space equipped with a large desk. During the warmer months, enjoy dining alfresco on our back patio or relaxing in a rocker on the peaceful sleeping porch.

Guests can access keys through the lockbox on the front door. Their is off-street parking to the left side of the house.
