The ground floor features a welcoming living room complete with an open-hearth fireplace and a television, a dining room with a dedicated dining table, and a fully equipped open kitchen. This level also includes 1 double bedroom and a shower room with bidet and WC, as well as a direct exit leading to the garden and veranda.

The upper floor is accessible via an exterior staircase and offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. This level comprises 3 additional bedrooms: 1 room furnished with 2 single beds and a double bed, and 2 further double bedrooms. Each of the 3 upper-floor bedrooms benefits from its own private shower room with bidet and WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The room with 2 beds and a double bed also features a decorative open-hearth fireplace and a television, while 1 of the double bedrooms is equally equipped with a television. It is important to note that 1 double bedroom is situated outside the main apartment, and there is no internal connecting door between the 2 floors.
