This historic rural mill from the 1600s offers a rustic and authentic countryside experience in Forcella. A protected stone structure under the Fine Arts authority, this property preserves its original wooden beams, doors, and windows, maintaining its historical value. It is not comparable to a modern apartment or industrial property; instead, it is best suited for guests who enjoy outdoor living and possess a spirit of adaptation. The 2-bedroom cottage accommodates 4 people and is ideal for families looking to be surrounded by nature.
While the interior features a well-equipped modern kitchen and simple, rustic furnishings, the true highlight is the surrounding environment. Guests can enjoy a private garden with furniture, a terrace with a barbecue, and proximity to a forest just 100 m away. The mill overlooks a river, and you can take a swim in the nearby pond or natural swimming pool.
