Schöner Urlaub mit Schattenseiten
Im Allgemeinen kann man einen Urlaub im Müritzpark Röbel wirklich sehr empfehlen. Es war unser erster Urlaub mit Kind und wir werden bestimmt wieder nach Röbel kommen.
Nur werden wir beim nächsten Mal mit Sicherheit eine andere Unterkunft wählen.
Beim Strandhaus Smile handelt es sich um einen relativ frisch renovierten Bungalow mit zwei Schlafzimmern, welcher also theoretisch auch mit Kindern nutzbar ist. Allerdings fällt beim näheren Hinsehen auf, dass das Objekt zwar sehr stilvoll, jedoch wahrscheinlich recht preisgünstig renoviert wurde. Ein Beispiel dafür ist der schlecht verlegte PVC Boden, an dem man schonmal hängen bleiben kann.
Die Ausstattung an sich bietet die nötigsten Utensilien, im Bad gibt es einen Föhn und die Küche ist- bis auf den völlig verkeimten Wasserkocher- recht gut bestückt.
Ein Kinderreisebett wurde, wie in der Annonce beschrieben gestellt, was allerdings nicht beschrieben war, sind die 10 Euro Gebühr, die mir dafür nachträglich in Rechnung gestellt wurden. Ebenso wie 10 Euro Verwaltungsgebühr, auch nachträglich eingefordert.
Das folgende ist lediglich ein subjektives Urteil unsererseits:
Von dieser Unseriösität abgesehen trat die Vermieterin des Objektes uns bei Ankunft und Check In sehr herablassend entgegen, wir fühlten uns recht von oben herab behandelt.
Äußerst positiv zu erwähnen ist allerdings, dass wir schon am Morgen ins Objekt konnten, da der Schlüssel hinterlegt wurde.
Vielleicht ergab sich ja aber daraus auch die zusätzliche nachträgliche Verwaltungsgebühr von 10 Euro die sich mir nicht erschließt.
Insgesamt also ein gutes Objekt, welches wir allerdings auf Grund o.g. Dinge nicht wieder buchen werden. Auch weil es deutlich günstigere Alternativen gibt.
