The property owners have thought of everything to make this home a comfortable, year-round getaway: RC/AC, a slow combustion wood fire, 2 living areas featuring 2 large screen TVs and WiFi.

Samphire features 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King sized bed and an ensuite. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom features two King single beds. There is a main bathroom with a bathtub.
Other features of the property are a large parking area to accommodate off street boat parking and an uncover BBQ area for year-round entertaing.
Please note the back yard is not fully fenced off from the street and the property is not pet friendly.
