Your cozy getaway awaits on the quiet side of Lake Of The Ozarks at this lovely house. Our home is located at the 44 Mile Marker of the Lake of the Ozarks, and is less than 20 miles away from the Ball Parks National. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bath rooms with plenty of room to sleep 10 or more people. The upper/main level of the home has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, the kitchen, family room and a laundry area. The Master bedroom has a King size bed and attached private bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. The full guest bathroom is just outside the guest bedroom. The lower level has a bunk room 2 twin over full bunk beds, a sitting area and another full bath room. There is plenty of deck and patio space to enjoy the lake views while enjoying your morning coffee and evening beverages. House is located directly across from community boat ramp.
