I like the modern style of the hotel. Very nice, quiet, clean. Close to everything I need. Food is good. Hard boiled eggs are EASY to peal ... you do not find that at every hotel you go to .... sadly.

Complaint Letter - Elaf Qinwan Hotel Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Unprofessional and Disrespectful Treatment at )ناونق فاليإ قدنف( Elaf Qinwan Hotel Dear Elaf Qinwan Hotel Management, I am writing to formally express my deep frustration and disappointment with the experience my family and I had during our recent stay at your hotel. After traveling a long distance with my wife, son, and brother-in-law, we arrived at your hotel exhausted and expecting basic courtesy and professionalism. Instead, we were met with hostility and unacceptable behavior from your front desk staff. The woman handling check-in was extremely rude, gave us unpleasant and dismissive looks, and made us wait for over 30 minutes without any explanation or apology. When I attempted to raise this issue with a manager who was walking by, he asked me where I was from. After I answered, he simply proceeded to check me in and ignored everything I said about the staff member’s behavior. Shockingly, the manager then said to me: “I’m the manager here, and I can tell you to get your money back and get up out of here.” This statement is deeply unprofessional, offensive, and disrespectful — especially coming from someone in a leadership position. To make matters worse, the front desk woman later said to me: “If you don’t like it here, get out.” Page 1 Complaint Letter - Elaf Qinwan Hotel This kind of treatment is unacceptable under any circumstances, and it ruined what was supposed to be a peaceful and enjoyable

Great for a business trip

Perfectly fine hotel and excellent value: very good breakfast, good gym with new and functional equipment, clean premises, very comfortable bed. Kingdom Centre is only a few minutes’ walk away. Staff are friendly and helpful. In the US, hotels with “Comfort” in the name are usually not especially great. Don’t let the name fool you, this one is several notches better.
