This delightful house in Rixeyville is a cozy retreat for guests looking to unwind and relax. With 1 bedroom, this charming property offers all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including WiFi, heating, washer & dryer. The serene surroundings make it the perfect spot to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We hope you enjoy what our place and Rixeyville has to offer.

This small tiny home is modern and just built in 2025. It resides 10 yards from our main log cabin home where we live and run our mobile catering Burnt Ends BBQ LLC business!

These homes reside on a 13 acre fully wooded and secluded property. We also have a beautiful saltwater pool and jacuzzi.

The property also has a 16' x 16' gazebo to host weddings, celebrations and more which would also be for an additional cost. We also have a 20' x 20' tent with tables and chairs for rent too!

Perfect place to host any kind of celebration!

The property is rustic and country pleasant. I loved it!! Host Ronnie is great. Ample parking, bring a pocket flashlight for the night returns. Friendly dogs that keep the critters away at night is a plus. We saw deer every day. The home is very-very clean. The kitchen is convenient and well supplied with utensils, dishes, and pans. The bathroom/shower is very nice, and including a stacking washer dryer unit. Quite convenient. Be aware that the bed is a fold-out couch. IMO, a Murphy bed would be better with a real mattress. Also, pack to live out of suitcase, as there is no place to hang up or store clothes. The heating is wonderful, even at the 23 mornings. HVAC is easily controlled with a remote. Although we couldn't get wifi, we are use to using our mobile data wherever we go around the world. No inconvenience. For us, this was very convenient, close to family. Only 20 minutes to the town.
