Beautiful outdoor space

The house worked well for our two families traveling together. There were plenty of comfortable beds. The bedrooms have air conditioning. The outdoor space was great. The kids enjoyed the pool, basketball hoop, pool table and ping pong table. Benito was very helpful with the house. We did have water issues but Benito took care of our issues. Overall the house had everything we needed but was very basis. We enjoyed our stay.

Great property for large groups

The property interior and exterior is nice. It has a spacious open floor plan, main floor, which was plenty large for our 15 guests. We used the kitchen daily and all of the basics are provided. The 4 bedrooms were tight for our large group, but we didn't have a problem getting cozy. 3 of the 4 rooms have AC, the 4th room kept their window open. The 4th room was warm at night and with the window open they could hear the noise of the AC units turn on and off. The shower water is cool, though tolerable on a hot day. We loved the exterior of the property. We used the pool for hours a day. The pool table and ping pong table were great. We ate meals outside, laid in the hammock, and enjoyed the comfortable chairs outside. The beach is a block away. It is all sand, no rocks. The water is shallow and you'll find seashells on the beach. I communicated with the owner, Roger, many times. He was able to borrow a Pack and Play for my 1 year old child to use during our stay. He also helped research things for us to do in the area. He is very responsive. The property has a housekeeper, Benito, and his family on the premises. Benito is very friendly. He provided us a key to enter, he cleaned the outside of the property daily, and he helped us with laundry. At times the water pressure on the second level of the property was low and Benito would pump water for us to use the upstairs showers.

Endroit de repos et bonheur en famille

Le propriétaire de la maison Gigi, Roger, est très disponible en tout temps pour les questions et les situations difficiles tel que la Covid 19. qui a malheureusement précipité notre départ après un mois. La réception à l'Aéroport de Rio Hato par notre ange gardien Benito, présent en tout temps à proximité de la propriété fût très apprécié. La sécurité ressentie fût impeccable. Notre famille composé d'enfants et de petits enfants, ainsi que nous, (12 personnes) avons très apprécié l'espace et l'air climatisé dans les chambres. Que dire de la piscine propre et bien entretenue par Benito. Nous avons aussi apprécié les nombreuses plages aux alentours tout comme les épiceries, pharmacies, marché de poisson et magasins de tout genre. Les plages et leurs restaurants typiques nous ont enchantés par la qualité des repas, l’accueil, la plage et l'excellent service tel que chez Nico's Beach. Je vous recommande l'endroit en résumé pour la facilité de communication avec le propriétaire Roger, l’accueil, l'accompagnement de Benito et sa famille et par le grand espace avec piscine et terrain de jeu. Le ménage et les changements de lits au semaine sont un service hors pair. Merci monsieur Roger et Benito Jacques Gauvin, Sherbrooke, Québec, Canada. Séjour du 20 février au 19 mars 2020

La casa increíble, mejor aun que lo que se ve en las fotos, súper equipada, limpieza excelente. Benito el cuidador súper atento a toda hora para asegurar que no nos falte nada. Volvería a alquilarla sin dudarlo
