Perfect location, walking distance from the beach, clean, pleasantly owners, amazingly spacious and comfortable, in community shops and restaurants. 3 full bathrooms!! Great location, value and hospitality

The pictures don't do justice to the apartment size. There are two large rooms and a maid's quarter converted into a single bedroom with three good size bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked and the owners provided a full overview of the apartment and nearby amenities and shopping. During this time of the year, Rio has a very pleasant weather. The 2 main rooms have air conditioner but not the living or maid quarters. Overall, very good value for your stay.

Venho de NY, tenho familia na Tijuca e buscava um apto. a preco razoavel. Fiquei satisfeita com a escolha: o imovel e amplo e arejado. A cozinha tem tudo necessario para uma estada confortavel. Os proprietarios sao super atenciosos e fazem de tudo para atender as pessoas que ocupam o apartamento! Por ultimo, devo dizer que os funcionarios do condominio muito educados! O apartamento é completo, limpo, colchas e lençóis cheirosos, nos entregou muito mais do que o esperado! O condomínio é muito lindo, contando com farmácia, restaurante, mercado, salão de beleza, padaria e muito mais, não precisamos sair pra ter acesso ao que precisávamos. Nossa estadia no apartamento foi ótima, desde o início o casal foi super atencioso com nossas dúvidas e necessidades, o apartamento foi entregue limpo e organizado, é uma ótima opção para várias pessoas, como nós que fomos em família, por ser bem grande, acomodou bem 6 pessoas. O apartamento é limpo, organizado, possui comodidades como toalhas, roupa de cama, cadeira de praia, torradeira, ferro de passar... The apartment is just as described. It has the perfect space for a family or a group of friends. The location is close to the beach, a short walk away. Maravilhoso este lugar!!! Foi a melhor estadia que tive em todas as vezes que estive Rj. Perto do mar, local acessivel, fomos em 7 pessoas. Os locatários nos deram muita atencao e flexível no horário de chegada. Agradecemos de coração e iremos voltar novamente.
