Located in the heart of Leblon, there are 2 blocks from the trendy Rua Dias Ferreira with several bars and restaurants and at the same time in a dead-end street, calm, wooded and very close to the police battalion. Six blocks from the beach, four blocks from the subway, 2 blocks from the bus stop and close to the Leblon shopping center.
