In winter, you are surrounded by some of Norway’s most famous cross-country skiing areas. The extensive trail network around Sjusjøen and the Birkebeiner region is known as one of the best ski destinations in the country. Alpine skiing opportunities can also be found nearby in Hafjell, Kvitfjell and Sjusjøen Ski Center.

During summer and autumn, the area transforms into a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. Explore beautiful hiking trails through forests and mountains, go cycling on scenic routes, enjoy fishing in nearby lakes or spend long evenings outside surrounded by nature.

The cabin comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and features four bedrooms, a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and an additional toilet on the upper floor.

The heart of the cabin is the bright open-plan living space, where the kitchen, dining area and lounge blend together to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. After a day exploring the surrounding nature, gather around the dining table for a meal, relax by the wood-burning stove or enjoy a cozy evening on the sofa with a movie.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare delicious meals, including an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, waffle iron and raclette grill. The kitchen is stocked with tableware for up to eight guests.

The cabin offers four comfortable bedrooms:
• Two bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200 cm)
• One bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm)
• One flexible room with a comfortable sofa bed (145 x 200 cm)

Underfloor heating throughout the main floor ensures a pleasant indoor climate year-round, while additional heating in the bedrooms provides extra comfort during colder months.

Outside, you will find a spacious south-facing terrace where you can enjoy the sun from morning until evening. Comfortable outdoor furniture, a fire pit and a swivel barbecue create the perfect setting for long summer evenings with family and friends.

For guests visiting during winter, a practical storage room provides plenty of space for skis, snowshoes and outdoor equipment.

The cabin is ideally located for both winter and summer activities. The alpine ski lifts at Sjusjøen are only about a 10-minute drive away. For cross-country skiing enthusiasts, the groomed ski trails pass close to the cabin and can be accessed directly without using a car.

Self check-in is available via a key box, allowing flexible arrival times. Professional cleaning is included in your stay and will be carried out by the cabin service after check-out.

Bed linen and towels can either be brought by guests or rented for NOK 250 per person.
