Family friendly townhouse fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy a seamless vacation. Centrally located to everything. Short walk to the best swimming & surf beaches in town. Food trucks, restaurants, bars, town plaza, coffee shops, boutiques stores all within walking distance. The home provides Wifi, Netflix, A/C in all the rooms, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, hot water, washer/dryer, covered outdoor patio w/ outdoor dining area, bar & Charcoal bbq grill.
The townhouse is located in the heart of Rincon. The neighborhood is comprised of locals, ex-pats and tourists. The neighbors are friendly, the beach is close, the restaurants, bars and shopping are within walking distance. What more could you ask for.
Stunning sunset views and views to Desecheo island from the Balneario beach a 2 minute walk from the house.
In the event of a power outage inform the manager so we can set up the generator if needed.

This was a beautiful home with peaceful outdoor spaces. We enjoyed walking to the food & coffee trucks for breakfast each morning. Great location close to beaches & art walk in Rincon.

Great Pick !! But no shades so if you plan to sleep until late … also no courtains in living room so watching tv was hard , beds too tall but comfortable, but other than than everything was great

El townhouse, comodo , buena decoración, bien equipado, buena localización, la limpieza debe mejorar mucho mas . Tuve que limpiar terraza para usarla , el piso barrerlo , habia tierra , se sentia un poco de polvo. Todo lo demas muy bien.

Great location, lovely home

This was perfect for our group. Everything is easily drivable and walkable. You can get to the beach in five minutes by foot. The back porch/patio was lovely for evenings.
