The pool is NOT included as I was led to believe. An extra 50e per hour and a half for me and my son . I did have to spend 30 minutes arguing and emailing the advertisement, then suggest myself, that the give me a pass, while my 6 yrs old sat on the floor waiting. They did finally give us a pass for our stay. Could not go on our final day before checkout. If their advertising is unclear it on them. The only reason I booked there , was for the pool.

Great location, comfy bed, quiet room.

The staff were helpful and the room was fine for a short overnight before catching an early flight. It is easy to reach on foot when arriving by bus and is well placed on the edge of OldTown very near the Central Market.

Location was good. In the centre and walkable to most place. The room was very clautrophobic. The reception staff were difficult at imes. ON checkout I remembered I had left a bag in the room but she wouldnt let me go back to get it. And I only reached the desk late due to a huge queue.

Very nice modern comfortable room in a recent addition to the hotel. The only inconvenience was that one of us had to wait in the car on the street, while the other went to the reception to pay for the parking and get the instructions on how to get there. Fortunately, the line at the reception was not very long at that time. After parking, we had to line up at the reception for check-in again. The parking was only a few minutes walk to the hotel along a closed street in the old town. There is a very big (mostly food) market at about 10 min walk from the hotel.

A very pleasant way to see Riga. Comfortable, clean and in the centre of town. Only problem was that we booked it for the pool and the pool doesn't come with the room although it says there is an indoor pool for the guests to enjoy. All the rest was great.

Impressive view of the river from the front of the hotel. I was shown to my room and helped with my luggage when I checked. A new experience for me and helpful in finding the way to my room in the annex. Parking was outside and on a dusty area so my motorcycle became very dusty and was hit by some bird droppings. On the plus side it was located next to the 24 hour manned kiosk.

Great hotel. Very clean and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed for over a month for a work trip and was very comfortable the whole time. I only wish they had some kind of loyalty program. Since I stay long-term overseas a lot, that would definitely make me more likely to do it again.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! The room was not too big or small. Luxurious but not expensive, room service was amazing, Bat staff were great, remembered day to day what we were srinking, reception staff were amazing, especially Viktoria. We look forward to coming back next year!!
