The AC/Heather system needs a major overhaul it’s too noisy. The shower curtain is rooted in some parts, needs to be replaced. The TV is located at the left side of the bed and it’s very uncomfortable to watch TV.

Very easy and pleasant check in, the newer rooms are much nicer than the old ones. Breakfast Buffett is pretty descent . Location is very good and walkable to everywhere. A beautiful park and the opera house cross from the hotel. Very nice staff all around , front Desk, house keeping and at breakfast .

Enjoyed a 3 night stay in Riga. Hotel in excellent location near all tourist attractions and bars/ restaurant. Staff very helpful. The beds were extremely firm/ hard and air con was quite noisy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely hotel, great location (right by the station, but an easy walk to all of the city's sights & lots of bars/restaurants). Just not quite the standard we were expecting from the price- it was all very clean & comfortable, but we were expecting a little more.

The hotel is brilliantly placed for arriving/departing by train or bus and for walking in the old town area. Travel to and from the airport is easy, and plenty of green space around. Hotel is very conveniently located on the edge of the old town and near the bus and train stations One minor disappointment was that the website list laundry facilities and laundry service.
