Location,location,location,cant get any better than this...room is huge which is a real treat in europe. Unfortunately oom wasnt ready at 3pm which is the check in time ,this was a major bummer and frankly this SHOULD never happen because we all know how tiring it is after travelling for so many hours and you just want to freshen up or relax for a little bit . Front desk flippantly then said oh you can have one ice cream on the house , just 1, geez thanks. After a late check in it was obvious that cleaning was rushed as room had an unpleasant smell.For the price I paid, things couldve been better. Thank you though to the checkout person for allowing me to leave my luggage for a couple of hours so I can explore the old town more without having the carry around my luggage.

New hotel located in Old town Riga .. walking distance to all main attractions.. Our room had a nice king size bed, spacious bathroom, good AC .. everything very clean .. Bathroom products from Crabtree and Evelyn brand .. Powerful hair dryer . Breakfast is somehow expensive but excellent quality … So many choices .. all you can eat .. It was a surprise for us because in USA is not the same quality .. We highly recommend this facility while visiting Riga

We did not have very high expectations since this is 4 stars hotel. Most respects were satisfied. It would be more pleasurable if the staff at the front desk could have more smiles.
