Die Wohnung macht optisch einen guten Eindruck. Bei genauerem ansehen besitzt die Räumlichkeit einige Mängel. Steckdosen kann man aus der Wand ziehen Die Spühlkastentaste ist kaputt und macht den Spühlvorgang fast unmöglich. Die Duschtrennwand ist defekt, verrostet , und zeigt Schimmelansätze . Der Bad Türrahmen ist defekt und verfault Für unser Wochenende war es gerade in Ordnung! Für einen längeren Zeitraum nicht akzeptabel. So ist die Wohnung sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage zum Centrum ist optimal auch wenn die Umgebung keinen gepflegten Eindruck macht.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit Verbesserungspotential

Wir blicken zurück auf 2 sehr angenehme Nächte und einen Kurzaufenthalt mit vierbeiniger Begleitung, bei dem wir nichts vermisst haben. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss einer Einbahnstraße mit Kopfsteinpflaster im Stadtzentrum. Für einen kurzen Moment etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig für waschechte Dorfmenschen, wie wir es sind - aber dank ausreichend Rollos bleibt die Privatsphäre durchaus erhalten. Die Wohnung bietet alles an Grundausstattung, was man so braucht. Zur Küchenausstattung können wir nicht viel sagen, da wir diese nur fürs Frühstück genutzt haben. Dafür war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Wirklich außerordentlich positiv sind die Matratzen hervorzuheben - denn kaum ist etwas wichtiger, als ein erholsamer Schlaf im Urlaub. Und die sind wirklich absolut spitze! Selten konnten wir im Urlaub so gut schlafen, ein Traum! Die Wohnung insgesamt ist toll geschnitten, groß & sehr gemütlich. Die Nähe zum Stadtpark & zur Elbe war für uns mit Hund auch total klasse. Leider sind das Bad, die Sitzgruppe im Wohnzimmer und insgesamt die Wände etwas „abgelebt“ und benötigen dringend einer Renovierung. Eine entsprechende Mängelliste werden wir dem Vermieter noch zukommen lassen. Super schade, denn das drückt den sonst so positiven Gesamteindruck doch etwas nach unten. Wenn das Bad etwas Aufmerksamkeit erhalten hat, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder ☀️

Die Wohnung ist groß und modern eingerichtet , aber ein bisschen hellhörig konnten Musik von Nachbarn mithören. Schlüßelübergabe sehr unkompliziert, Parkmöglichkeiten top, wir werden Ramona weiterempfehlen.

Sehr geräumige Wohnung, perfekt eingerichtet. Bei der Sauberkeit musste ich leider einen Stern abziehen, weil die Sitzflächen der Stühle nicht ganz meinen Vorstellungen von Sauberkeit entsprechen. Ansonsten war es sehr sauber!

Größtenteils neu ausgestattete Wohnung in Altbauwohnhaus am Rand der Innenstadt

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und größtenteils (außer dem Bad) neu eingerichtet. Die Küche mit Geschirrspüler ist ebenfalls nagelneu und gut nutzbar. Frau Kuhnert, die Vermieterin, ist absolut hilfsbereit, hat die gesamte Wohnung für unsere 3 Kinder vorbereitet und bei Fragen und Problemen (es gab keine Schüsseln) umgehend für Abhilfe gesorgt. Die Töpfe waren etwas klein, aber auch da hätte man sicher Alternativen bekommen. Außerdem passen breite Autos (Vans und Kleinbusse) nicht durch die Hofeinfahrt, aber man kann einfach 150m weiter an der nächsten Kreuzung parken. Achtung, die Straße ist eine Einbahnstraße Richtung Innenstadt.
