Nice historic property

We were greeted by Patricia and she was both welcoming and knowledgeable about the historic property. We had some cleanliness issues and Patricia moved us to a new room. We had to overlook some cleanliness issues with the bathtub in the second room and only used the shower. Housekeeping has such an important role and they need to better understand the impact they have on guests.

Loved the location of this property and how convenient it was to everything! We stayed at the Greyhound Flats. The size was large and nice for a larger family. However it needs some updates. Some of the lights didn’t work, the door was hard to open and didn’t feel secure, they need a fan in the bathroom and the worst part is where you have to park for this unit. Owners should negotiate 2 spots in the adjacent lot for those staying in Greyhound Flats.

In the heart of downtown Beaufort

Cute property right downtown in Beaufort, walking distance to everything in town. We were first time visitors to Beaufort and it is a charming and aesthetically awesome village and the the Beaufort Inn was a great spot to be for a couple nights!

The Inn is a historic property and they seem to be continuing to update and maintain the property. Our room was clean and very spacious. Would highly recommend it.

The property is beautiful, comfortable, and the staff wonderful! We were just disappointed that they give us breakfast vouchers instead of offering the actual breakfast like they listed on their ad. Usually historic inns that offer breakfast provides on site in their nice dining rooms and most even serve on nice China to offer the full experience to their guest. The voucher was also not enough to pay for even a simple breakfast.

The stay was great. Only comment is that it was offered as breakfast included. Which isn’t true. Their is no restaurant on-site. We got a voucher for a nearby place which only covered a small portion of the bill.

The hotel is going through renovation and upgrade which should have been disclosed. We stayed in one of the cottages. It needs an update and was dirty. The bathroom had patches on the wall, but was not painted yet, the towel ring was not nailed in the wall, the walls in the bathroom were dirty. There were dead bugs in the ceiling fan light. The T.V. didn't work in first room so we were moved. The toilet didn't work in next room we were moved into. The staff was nice and accommodating. The Inn is well-located and should be nice once it is renovated.

Quaint property was worth the price

Property is undergoing renovation. You park in the dirt parking lot across the street. The location of the inn is very close to downtown which is nice.
