Located just south of Branson, Missouri and just north of the Arkansas state line on Tablerock Lake, the resort and affiliation with Big Cedar Wilderness Club offers numerous amenties including hot tubs, heated pools, grills, fitness center, outdoor games resort fishing and marina, Big Cedar Restaurants, entertainment and bar, 50K sq ft family entertainment center accessible by resort shuttle or drive, and much more. The Cliff's Resort week vacation rental is booked 7 nights by the owner and available from 03/19-03/26/2022 for $1,400 at 7 nights ($200/night), date set and non-adjustable. This is the newest Bluegreen Resort Lodge (opened 2020) located just west of Highway 65 and west a few miles west of BCWC along 86 Highway situated on and with beautiful views of Table Rock Lake and Long Creek Marina below with view Corridors to the south.

This 2 bedroom unit is 1,186 sq ft with a fully equipped fullsize kitchen, 2 full baths, washer/dryer, fireplace and balcony overlooking Tablerock Lake. The unit offers 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, and a sleeper sofa. The unit is fully equipped for weekly living with kitchen utensils and appliances, TV, internet and Blu-ray player.

The lodge has a fitness center, outdoor heated pools, hot tubs, put-put golf, and BBQ area overlooking high above Table Rock lake. A frequent shuttle is available for adults and youths to use throughout the day and evening between resorts, including the full access to Paradise Point and Big Cedar Lodge and Big Cedar Wilderness Club including the Big Cedar Resort Christmas activities and events, restaurants, bars, sleigh rides, fishing, 50,000 sq. ft. activity center with bar, bowling alley, arcade and restaurant.

12 year Bluegreen resort annual point owners, we sell several booked vacations each year and almost all of them require advance booking to secure. The dates are non-adjustable, and units are booked under the owners name, and will be confirmed and verified with the renter. Once full Venmo payment is received the unit will be placed in the renter's name and emailed to them after 24 hour hold period, after which the sale is final based purchase of rental unit and terms.
