Fix it yourself!
When we arrived the reception gave us a free upgrade on our room and checked us early, which was nice, the room wasn’t that clean, it was a bit dusty, and couple of towels we wanted to use was stained. There was an under-ware in the closet from previous guest there!!! Also the washroom was clogged from when we arrived, we called reception and they brought a plunger and hand it out to us! told us do it yourself! It was totally unprofessional and out of expectation from a hotel! Overall, the service was surprisingly low, even though that it is an expensive stay in blue mountain area.

We requested for a baby crib few weeks before the arrival date. On the day before arrival, I called the hotel to confirm if the crib is available and they would not confirm it for me; and suggested me to bring our own playpen ( which is big to carry and load in the car). My point is that you can’t tell me that the staff wouldn’t know by then? It is so bad service. They just don’t care about customer inconveniences. The suites were not properly cleaned before we checked in. There were dirty dishes and leftover milk and pizza in the fridges. The rooms were dusty and carpet was dirty. We pulled out the sofa couch and it was dirty. I do not recommend this Weider Lodge.
