Such a shame!
Hotel had just reopened after a refurbishment. The room was lovely. However, during the two night stay, we were unable to shower. Shower water was barely warm. When we reported the problem on the first morning, the ‘deputy manager’ was very unhelpful. Rude and unsympathetic. Said he would try and get a plumber and update me later. Never saw him again or heard another word from him! Unable to shower on both days we were there. Such a shame, as the hotel has been refurbished to a good standard. The hotel is part of the Youngs chain, so they will definitely be getting a letter from me.

Celebration of our Golden Wedding Anniversary
We had a wonderful time at The Bedford Arms whilst celebrating our Golden Wedding Anniversary - 50 years of marriage. The owners and staff were incredible to us especially the chef and the restaurant manager. Dinner was second to none.They all made our celebration the best they could and we appreciated it so much.
