Needed a place to stay for two nights while passing through Virginia and found this for a good price. it’s tolerable. room smelled musty like old tv dinner, found a roach running on the bed within 10 minutes of arrival, along with some wings on the pillow case and a carcass along the microwave wall. everything was overall dingy and dirty, wall had stains and chair was crusty. 2 out of 4 lamps did not work. and the bathtub didn’t stay open so water continued accumulating unless you wedged something on the drain stopper. if you can get past all of that and really need a warm place to stay at night, the bed was decent.

My stay at this Red Roof Inn was unacceptable. Nothing inside the room was working properly, and to make matters worse, there was no warm water available, which made even basic needs uncomfortable. The overall condition of the room was poor and not maintained. Even more concerning, other guests were openly smoking marijuana inside the building, creating an unsafe and unpleasant environment. This property failed to provide the most basic standards of comfort, safety, and cleanliness. Until serious improvements are made in maintenance, amenities, and enforcement of hotel policies, I cannot recommend staying here.

We chose this hotel because they offered a continental breakfast, in the morning we were told that a staff member left with the kitchen key and there was no breakfast. The outlets on the bathroom counter were covered with tape indicating not to use them. The floor was warped from previous flood, and I stepped on a piece of glass shard. We also had one bedside light not working.

No shower curtain. Huge hole in bathroom wall. No grass to walk dogs, yet pet friendly. The three small dirt areas were covered in feces. Nonsmoking , but the smell of weed on the second floor was strong! Definitely needs a lot of TLC. Property was fenced in completely , making it inconvenient to get anywhere to walk the dog. Didn’t eat breakfast there, so no comments on that.

This was one of the worst hotel stays. I’ve had the room was filthy and poorly maintained. I found two roaches. There was a sticky substance smeared on the ceiling, no hot water and the tub, barely drained. Clearly, basic cleanliness and upkeep are not a priority here. On top of that, the noise in the hallway around 2:30 AM and dogs barking made it impossible to get any rest. It felt more like a chaotic apartment building than a hotel. The only saving grace was the polite staff, and the beds were clean, but that’s where the positives end. I would strongly advise management to address these serious issues and until they do, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worse experience ever. I came in and the lady at the reception was just in the phone the entire time. While she was talking on the phone she handed me a key never saying anything else to me. The room was dirty, and the TV was on the trash was full…. She then told me o no they never cleaned the room and they don’t have any other rooms. So I had to get a much more expensive hotel last minute

For starters , we rented 4 rooms in total 1 hour before check in we received a call that one of the rooms was being canceled due to a toilet leak and there were no additional rooms they could give us ????? They were no where near booked up . How ever I feel like it is due to the amount of drug addicts that are staying in the rooms . We then get there and the proceed to put us all over the hotel of which we had been given rooms the day before per a phone call all side by side . We get in our rooms and there are no smoke detectors to the extent they capped off the cords which shows no intention of fixing them (again I would assume this is due the the amount of cigarettes , weed and meth being done in the hotel.) one of our three rooms had roaches in it . The exterior of the hotel has a side door of which they leave cracked open for the homeless people to sleep in the stair well and ask anyone coming in the door if they have any drugs to get high with , this door was the door to the stairwell so there was no way to go to the second floor with out letting your children walk past them and hear those comments and questions . On top of all these other issues the shower water was cold and did not drain so you stood in dirty water the whole time . This was the most disgusting establishment I have ever stepped foot in.
