The location is the drawback here for me because of the Hooters next door. People wandering around the parking lot. The parking lot could do.better with more lighting to the west side.

When we arrived, the facility was a little run down but was expected for the price. We had to wait for about my 15 minutes before receiving our room because the front desk person said there was an issue with their system. When we arrived in our room, there were dozens of small bugs crawling on the floor by the door. Walking into the room, there were HUNDREDS OF BUGS on the walls, bed, dresser.... It was the most disgusting experience imI ever encountered. The front desk person did not seem shocked when I told her of our rooms status and issues me a refund without even checking the room or offering me an alternative room. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and have never had an experience like this before.

The room appeared ok, but we soon found out that the room and the building were roach-infested!! When turning on the lights in the middle of the night, roaches scattered. We spent the rest of the night killing as many as we could. We were tired from traveling and it was too late to go anywhere else. We should have slept in the car! When I told the morning desk person, he was aware of the problem, and we actually saw the Orkin exterminator pulling in. He could not refund any money because it was booked through Expedia!!! STAY AWAY, and I didn't even mention people lingering in the halls & loud conversations!!

Staff was polite, room was clean and neat for the most part…although the room smelled of cigarettes (nothing lysol/air freshener can’t solve) the mini fridge had what seems to be a bit of mold/rust on the inside part…bathroom wall had what seems to be a bit of mold as well behind the bathroom door. Wifi wasn’t the best…but overall it was still a decent stay for the price : )

The bathroom was dirty. The shower curtain looked as if it had never been cleaned. Paint was peeling & chip. The lamp in the corner of the room had the plug sliced off. No alarm clock in the room. Front desk check in staff was less than pleasant.

There is no elevator, the parking lot had several different groups gathered and drinking. The smell of pot was sickening. Three dead roaches upon entering the room and the furniture looked like an animal scratched and dug into it. Didn’t sleep much worrying that the outside doors weren’t locked. We needed a convenient spot to stay with our dog halfway to our destination and I tried to find something reasonable, def get what you pay for. Never again!
