Room did not look sanitary. The minute I walked in the room smelled almost like a moldy scent. The restroom was disgusting I did not shower because the shower looked filthy. I had to go to a friend that was staying at a different hotel and shower there. It was very unsafe there was people outside fighting and smoking weed. When I checked in the man couldn’t even explain to me exactly where my room was so I had to drive around until I found it! I would definitely NEVER stay here again. I was in town for a wedding and Saturday morning I had to take all of my stuff with me in my vehicle because of how unsafe the area was. I did not even want to go back to sleep there Saturday night but I only went because I had to check out Sunday morning. This places description is definitely deceiving!

The pool was dirty with cigarettes packages among other things floating around and used diapers lying in the sitting area. Staff was outright rude. Rooms were dirty. We booked because of the affiliation with Best Western, a brand we used to trust. But after this experience we won’t make that mistake again.

We did not stay the light did not work when we walked in. The room was dirty and sheets. We had to fight with the door to shut it. We were in and out of the room in less than 5 minutes and asking for a refund.

Traffic noises as well as other guests. Complimentary ear plugs provided. Friday night sounded like drag racing along the street; we felt uneasy but not unsafe. Sirens eventually chased everything away. The rooms and facilities are showing wear. The bed was big, comfortable, and changed daily. The location was great; just where we needed to be!
