Despite being in a quiet area, it is 2 km from the sea and 500m from services, 10 minutes from Tropea. It is suitable for those who want to spend a holiday away from noise and traffic; a place where you can relax, overlooking the sea and the Strait of Messina and enjoy the view and the garden. Children can play freely, and safely (the property is all fenced) on the playground or in the pool. Villa Mimosa has several comforts: SWIMMING POOL (7.5x4m from June to September shared with the guests of the two-family villa), AIR CONDITIONING, FREE WIFI INTERNET, SAT TV, MOSQUITO NETS, BARBECUE, WASHING MACHINE, 2 'OUTDOOR SHOWER, COVERED PARKING, PLAYGROUND CHILDREN. Villa Mimosa is a detached single-family house on the ground floor, surrounded by a 1000sqm private garden. Composed of 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom (with two single beds or one double) and sofa bed.
