Villa with garden and swimming pool just 150 meters from the beach . The house is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 5 people. There is TV and Air Condition in every room and a fully equipped kitchen with all the electric devices and cooking utensils. There is strong and fast WiFi , BBQ , Satellite TV , Washing Machine , Safe , DVD Player , Secure Parking.

The villa situated next to one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the east side of Rhodes Island and ideally located near restaurants , supermarkets and the central market with a variety of shops. This traditionally designed modern villa on two levels would be the perfect place for your unforgettable holidays in Rhodes Island.

With traditional look, this is a newly built modern villa with two bedrooms,fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning in every room and roll-up fly-screens on all windows. The two double bedrooms are upstairs with satellite TV in each of them , also upstairs there is a large shower-wc. If there is a 5th guest then we add a single bed in one of the bedrooms. Downstairs is a very large L-shaped room with the living room and the fully equipped kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the electric devices and cooking utensils. There is refrigerator , oven , electric cooking hobs , microwave , toaster , coffee machine , blender , kettle , dishes , water glasses , cups, and all the cooking utensils.

In the living room there is a large TV with satellite channels and DVD Player. Also Playstation 4 and Xbox are available.

The house has a large patio with outdoor table and chairs with view to the garden and the swimming pool. Also there are sunbeds for the swimming pool area.

Fresh fish and traditional Greek dishes are served in the near-by restaurants. Fresh bread and pastries are available at the local bakeries every morning. Sun-loungers and umbrellas can be hired at the beach. Kolymbia town is full of life with many restaurants, shopping streets, traditional coffee shops, bars, and plenty of nightlife for all ages.

Cleaning service and linen change is provided free of charge twice a week , it includes bed lined and towels change and room cleaning. The time of the cleaning will be arranged with you.

On your arrival you will be offered a 'welcome' basket with local traditional products , honey , olive oil , wine , fruits and much more.

Interaction with guests

On your arrival we will welcome you at the house for the keys and information , we will show you the house and the spaces and we will inform you for the area , for the local beaches , restaurants , places to visit, local festivals and many more. Of course we will be at your disposal for anything else you might require during your holidays !
