This stylish 3 bedroom villa is located at the foot of Mount Filerimos overlooked by the impressive Filerimos Monastery and is just a 20 minute walk from a grill house which is a firm favourite with the locals. The amenities of the village, as well as the picturesque Ialyssos Beach, are only 5 minutes' drive away. Villa Paleos Evergreen has wonderful views of the surrounding rich green hillside, as well as a private pool and BBQ, and a sleek, modern interior. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge, WiFi plus pool heating are included.
Trianda Village and the surrounding area, known locally as Ialyssos, is only 20 minutes' drive from Rhodes Town. The village has several local tavernas and shops, plus the beach is only 10 minutes away by car, too. The location is ideal for scenery and culture lovers too - Villa Paleos Evergreen sits at the foot of Mount Filerimos, close to the ancient site of the Doric Polis of Ialyssos.
