I would like to inform you that from 01/01/2024 Greece has introduced a new tourist tax for visitors that applies to all types of accommodation rentals.

The current stay-over tax that chargers guests on hotel and villas has been replaced with a new “climate crisis resilience charge”.

What a find - we loved this villa & location. Book it!

We loved our stay at Villa Natura Plimmiri. Spacious, air-conditioned rooms. Shaded area for sitting and eating. Well-serviced pool. BBQ in garden... and only strides from a beautifully empty beach, complete with canoes and beach hut. It was our first time in Rhodes which is a beautiful island - plenty to see and do as well as tasty Taverna Plantaneous at local village. We also took advantage of the excellent watersports facilities 10 minutes walk down the beach. But most stars go to the villa-owner, Stelios who was wonderfully hospitable - provided fruit, moussaka, taking our boys (12 & 9) fishing twice. Nothing was too much trouble. If you're hesitating ... book it!

Ein wunderschönes Haus fĂŒr einen Traumurlaub! Alles was man braucht fĂŒr vollstĂ€ndige Erholung ist da. Das Haus befindet sich im einen sehr ruhigen Ort direkt ans Meer. Es ist wirklich eine ideale Lage, Sandkiesstrand mit kristall klarem Wasser ist 50 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Ausgesprochene Sauberkeit den Zimmern sowie der Badewanne und der Dusche. Große Terasse mit Meerblick und Grillanlage. Außenpool ist groß genug und sehr bequem fĂŒr die Kinder.WiFi mit guter Internetgeschwindigkeit. Das ist so eine Villa, die du nie mehr verlassen willst. Es ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen! Immer wieder!!!

Es war sehr schön, aber der Strand, die nĂ€here Umgebung und der Pool sollten sauberer sein. Der MĂŒllcontainer in der NĂ€he des Hauses, der bereits bei der Ankunft ĂŒberfĂŒllt war, wurde erst in der nach eineinhalb Wochen geleert. Der Pool hat keine Überlaufrinne, sodass immer Insekten herumschwimmen und am Rand kleben.

Tolle Unterkunft mit kleinen Defiziten

Wir reisten mit insgesamt 7 Personen. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt super schön, der Sonnenaufgang ist unbezahlbar. Das Haus zu finden war nicht so leicht zumal es nicht gut oder gar nicht beschriftet ist. Stelios war auch nicht gleich zu finden, dafĂŒr war er uns etwas zu aufdringlich fĂŒr den Rest des Aufenthalts. Das mögen andere Reiseteilnehmer anders sehen, wir hĂ€tten uns gern gewĂŒnscht wenn er etwas mehr im Hintergrund gewesen wĂ€re.

The house is located in a very calm environment, with a magnificent view. It is very clean and comfortable. The owner is extremely kind and makes us feel straight at home. Sauberes Haus mit allem, was man braucht in super Strandlage,

Ok, fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Abstecher nach Rhodos Stadt ist es ein bisschen weit, aber wer Ruhe und Erholung mit Meerblick und direktem Meereszugang sucht, der kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Eine große Terrasse mit Sonnendach, Pool und Sonnenliegen hat man privat fĂŒr sich. Und Dank der Tierliebe des Besitzers finden sich auf dem GrundstĂŒck auch ein paar Katzen, die sich nicht nur bei Kindern einzuschmeicheln versuchen. Der Besitzer wohnt zeitweise nebenan, ist aber sehr unaufdringlich und doch stets ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Bei acht Erwachsenen (gemĂ€ĂŸ Betten-Anzahl) wird die KapazitĂ€t an Platz und Ausstattung in KĂŒche und Wohnraum vielleicht etwas knapp, aber es ist alles da, Waschmaschine eingeschlossen. Und dann hat man eben noch das Meer direkt vor der TĂŒr: 25 Grad warm und fast fĂŒr sich allein; die Wassersportler (Segeln, Surfen, Wasserski) und Jetbike-, Bananenboot- oder "Crazy-Sofa"-Fahrer kann man aus der Ferne als Zuschauer genießen, wenn man die Angebote, ca. 1,0 bis 1,5 km entfernt) nicht selbst nutzen will. Am Strand sind nur wenige andere GĂ€ste aus drei, vier benachbarten FerienhĂ€usern. Von der Musik oder dem LĂ€rm aus der TUI-Hotelanlage in gut 1 km Entfernung hört man gelegentlich ein bisschen was, aber es verlaufen sich allenfalls mal eine Walking-Gruppe oder vereinzelte StarndlĂ€ufer und SaziergĂ€nger von dort an den weiter sĂŒdlichen gelegenen Strand. Wir hatten jedenfalls (zu viert) zwei super tolle Urlaubswochen im Oktober 2018.

La plage et la mer sont votre jardin!

Un endroit de rĂȘve pour profiter des vacances en toute tranquillitĂ©. On ne se lasse pas de la vue, d'avoir la mer rien qu'Ă  soit Ă  quelques pas de la maison, de cette paillotte qui apporte ombre et fraĂźcheur sur la plage dĂ©serte. Le propriĂ©taire est charmant et offre Ă  l'occasion les poissons frits pĂȘchĂ©s lĂ  le matin. C'est un endroit idĂ©al pour oublier le monde et l'agitation. Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour au top!

Wunderschönes Feriendomizil in idyllischer ruhiger Lage mit sehr superfreundlichem EigentĂŒmer

Wir befinden uns vom 23.5-2.06.2018 mit 7 Freunden in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft.Hier fanden wir alles was das Herz begehrt.Die Unterkunft war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet ,schön gerĂ€umig und sehr sauber. Das Meer ca.50Schritte entfernt war schon angenehm warm und wir hatten den Strand fast durchgĂ€ngig fĂŒr uns alleine. Auch fĂŒr den Vermieter der nebenan wohnte stand das Wohlbefinden seiner GĂ€ste an erster Stelle.Einmal brachte er leckere selbstgemachte griechische SpezialitĂ€ten,trat immer sehr diskret auf zeigte sich auch sehr tolerant bzgl. etwas lauterer Musik am Abend.2 paddelbords zur stĂ€ndigen kostenlosen Nutzung gehören zum Haus. In der nĂ€heren Umgebung gibt es aber noch weitere Möglichkeit, verschiedenste Wassersportarten auszuĂŒben auch hier waren die beiden deutschen Betreiber mehr als nett. NĂ€chste Einkaufsmöglichkeit mit etwas mehr produktauswahl ca 20min entfernt.insgesamt ein super Urlaub,immer wieder gern!!!!PS:Bruno ,der unaufdringliche superliebe Hund des Besitzers der uns auf Wunsch immer wieder einmal besuchte wird jetzt schon sehnlichst vermisst ; )

Tolles gerÀumiges Haus, super-netter Vermieter (Stelios). Perfekte Strandlage. Authentisches griechisches Dorf (Lachania) in direkter NÀhe, mit leckerer Taverne (Platanos). Ideal um kleine Kinder einfach mal laufen zu lassen und als Eltern die "Seele baumeln lassen". Kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage, schönes und komfortables Haus, sehr gepflegt

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im gepflegten und gut eingerichteten Haus sehr genossen. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie wohnen hinter dem Ferienhaus. Die direkte Strandlage und der gepflegte Pool ermöglichen traumhafte Badeferien. Der Strand war im Oktober meistens menschenleer. Der TUI-Resort mit umfassendem Wassersportangebot kann zu Fuss in etwa 10 Minuten erreicht werden. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bankautomaten findet man in Gennadi, das mit dem Auto in etwa 15 Minuten erreichbar ist. Wir waren zweimal in der Taverne Platanos in Lachania, die wir sehr empfehlen können.

Ruhiges Ferienhaus direkt am Strand

Schönes neues Ferienhaus. Freundliche, zweckmĂ€ĂŸige Einrichtung und sehr sauber. Große Terasse mit tollem Meerblick und gemauertem Grill. Der Pool wird wie der Rest des Hauses sehr gut gepflegt. Durch die direkte Lage am Sandstrand ist es besonders fĂŒr einen Badeurlaub geeignet. Andere Urlauber sind kaum anzutreffen. Der Vermieter wohnt nebenan und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die nĂ€chste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ca. 4 km entfernt. Ein Mietwagen ist daher sehr hilfreich. Wassersportmöglichkeiten (Segeln, Surfen, Jetski, Motorboot ausleihen, tauchen, Banane fahren etc.) sind in etwa 10 Min. Strandspaziergang erreichbar.

We spent a great week isolated from tourists directly at the beach!

Beautiful, clean house in the 'outback' of Rhodos. 5m from the roofed terrace to the own pool and from there another 20m over the beach passing by a cute little sun sheltered sitting area into the sea. There is a hotel around 500m up north along the beach which absolutely does not annoy but enriched our holiday due watersport possibilities attached to it. The houses owner is a very nice, helpful guy. Fisher by the way ;-) mmh With pleasure again!

Exzellent: Ruhige Lage, direkt am "Privat"Strand, super Aussicht

Kurz entschlossen wollten wir Anfang September 2016 fĂŒr 10 Tage nach Rhodos und da haben wir diese Perle gefunden... Zum Entspannen und Sport treiben fĂŒr uns genau das Richtige! Der sandige Strand ist direkt vor der TĂŒr und war fĂŒr unsere zwei kleinen Kinder ideal zum Sandburg bauen und Förmchen spielen. Das Wasser geht recht flach rein, so dass auch planschen mit Aufsicht gut ging. Die Ausstattung vom Haus ist tadellos. Das Haus war erst 8 Monate alt und alles war sauber und so, wie auf den Bildern, bzw. wie wir es erwarteten. Organisation und Buchung liefen exzellent durch Rhodes4vacation. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr gastfreundlich empfangen und auch die ganze Zeit unseres Aufenthalts ĂŒber jederzeit seine Hilfe angeboten. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass er und seine Frau uns ein paar Mal mit griechischen Leckereien beschenkt und verwöhnt haben. Die ruhige Lage bedingt ein paar Minuten Autofahrt und die letzten 300m sind Schotterstrasse, was ok ist, aber gut vorher zu wissen. Auch fĂ€llt das AufspĂŒren auf Google Maps etwas schwer; dafĂŒr am besten diese Koordinaten (35°55'40.1"N 27°51'09.1"E) nutzen & sonst die Bilder der Ausschreibung genießen. FĂŒr die großen Kinder/Erwachsenen gibt es mit den Paddelbooten was zu erleben, z. B. eine Tour zum gesunkenen Frachter in der Bucht von Plimiri, der auch von der WasseroberflĂ€che mit Schwimmbrille gut sichtbar ist. Wir waren hauptsĂ€chlich zum Windsurfen dort & sind dann aber immer mit dem Mietwagen nach Prasonisi gefahren, weil das Revier dort vielseitiger ist als die Bucht von Plimiri - obwohl auch dort Windsurfen sind und im MagicLife Club eine Station fĂŒr allerlei Wassersport. Normalerweise fahren wir in jedes Haus nur einmal ... hier machen wir wahrscheinlich eine Ausnahme und kommen wieder. Das Objekt können wir nur empfehlen!
