Laylande House is an amazing property located in the beautiful area of Tholos and offers a wonderful private swimming pool and amazing outdoor furnished areas and playgrounds ideal for families or a group of people. The location of the property offers easy access to the airport-only in 15 minutes- and to the nearest beautiful beach at a distance of 5-minute drive. It has a fascinating design with a classical touch and conveniently accommodates up to 10 guests.
This amazing property has 4
fully air-conditioned bedrooms, an attic, and 2 bathrooms, one with a shower
and one with a bathtub. The bedrooms on the first floor have balconies. 4 of
the bedrooms have double beds as the attic.There is a fully equipped kitchen,
suitable for any meal preparation accompanied by a seating table where you can
enjoy it. Also. There is a living area and a smart TV with satellite
channels. There is free Wi-Fi access
throughout the property. Outdoors, there is a private swimming pool with some
sunbeds to soak up the Greek sun. There is furnished area in the garden with a
seating area and BBQ facilities for preparation of a delicious meal and a
gathering with your friends or family. Also, there is a playground with swings
and a tree house for kids to play and have fun as well as three kids bicycles.
Tholos is a picturesque village that has everything you might need such as shops, restaurants, tavernas, cafe, super markets etc. at a walking distance of only 10 minutes. The nearest beach is found at a driving distance of 5 minutes. You should consider visiting Butterflies Valley to admire Rhodes nature from up close and the various species of the butterflies. You will find it at a driving distance of 10 minutes. The remarkable old town of Rhodes and the center of Rhodes are found at a driving distance of 35 minutes.

o From 01/11 to 31/03: 4EUR per night
