One of the cleanest hotels I have been to, including the room, the pool, and the breakfast bar. The staff were extremely helpful. Keurig in the room with brand name pods was a great touch.

Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. The staff was very friendly. The area was quiet. Access to the room was easy. I would definitely recommend beat western to family n friends and I will definitely stay there again. Very reasonable prices for 2 queen beds!! Thank you

Average hotel with an uncomfortable room

Cons: They should make sure their a/c units are functioning properly.
We stayed in Room 221 for two hot July nights. The air conditioner did not work properly and it was very loud. We did not sleep well for this reason. After the visit, I called the hotel to clarify some questions about the bill. I was promised that someone will call me this morning. So far no luck.

Right on snowmobile trail

Cons: The only thing lacking was there was no real closet so we could not hang up our gear. There was so much space in our room they would definitely be ab
The hotel was very nice. It was right on the snowmobile trail. We will definitely return. The room was very large and we had a separate living room area. Bed was comfortable. Overall, this was the nicest hotel we stayed at in the Eagle River / St. Germain area.

Pros: Free breakfast
This hotel room had a strange odor like a strong cleaning smell. The pool and hot tub were welcoming.
