Convenient to Glacier Lagoon. Provided a continental breakfast. Located in a rural setting. Nice comfortable rooms. Large common area with sofas and chairs and a television for relaxing outside of the room. Located near pastures with sheep And A view of the coast. Very peaceful and serene.

Too remote for me and you are pretty much limited to their restaurant onsite unless you want to drive 45 minutes. Although the food was good, it was pricey and not a lot of choices. Rooms were clean but very minimalistic.

Our room and the facility was extremely clean. However the location seems like it was a retired senior home. It was just not quite like the pictures made it out to be. Still we had a good stay and the staff was very friendly.

This is an excellent place to stay. The hotel is just a 15-minute drive from the glacier. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious, with stunning views and a large, comfortable bed. The owner goes above and beyond to ensure guests have the best possible experience. The breakfast deserves special mention—there were many options, including homemade lamb pâté, which was the best I've ever had. I highly recommend this place and would be happy to return.

Located at a very picturesque place. Excellent decor. Breakfast was sumptuous and of high standard. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. Neat and clean. This was my first time staying at this hotel. I was initially expecting shared bathrooms or older rooms, but to the contrary, everything exceeded expectations. The room was spotless, the restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast was excellent. A great overall experience!

Nice , good place for one night. Close to lagoon.

The room was super large and so was the bathroom. Heafboard ahowed some wear and tear. The pillows are flat. Would be nice to have new fluffy pillows. Note the restaurant is in a different building. Good value for the money.

The Expedia listing for this property is misleading. The listing shows a quaint little stand-alone cabin. The actual facility is has all of the charm of a college dormitory. The room was small and cramped and the bed was small and uncomfortable. Had I known what the facility really looked like, I would have booked at another hotel in the area. The breakfast buffet was pretty marginal as well. Its was marginally ok for a quick overnighter but there are better hotels close by.

The hotel is on an old farm site, and the rooms are in various different buildings. My room was in the furthest building from the restaurant. There is no lighting on the paths between the buildings, which are gravel and have puddles in the hollows. If you're staying in winter, you will want a flashlight to make your way around. There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, they were in the lobby area of each building. The wet room style shower was great, with good water pressure. The staff were all lovely, and the restaurant food was great. There aren't many options for places to stay in the Glacier Lagoon area, and this hotel served its purpose well.
