No access to the front reception . A total pain with luggage…one elevator. We met others with the same terrible impression of the hotel. They should have mentioned they were renovating and the many inconveniences we would encounter… Premium price for dull rooms , old style with nothing redeeming! Should be half price. Stay somewhere else and save. Do Not waist your money here!

It never happened. I made the reservation but at checkout the date was changed to 4 Oct and I could not change the date. I tried calling but could never reach a live person. The AI operator wanted a PIN to access my reservation but I was not given one so I was stuck in a frustrating loop with no one to call. The hotel said to call Hotels .com to resolve the issue but you couldn't be reached. Awful service and web site.

Did not use the hot tub the breakfast was tasty with lots of options, the room was well taken care of, slept like a baby. Thanks, when I come to the states to visit again, I will be back.

Has great parking. A lot of road noise heard clearly all night. Bathroom not very clean, the tub part of the shower was grey stained, toothpaste and other things splatted in wall and bathroom fan probably not dusted since hotel opened.

Comfortable, Good Location

Hotel is comfortable. The elevator was not working, so we had to use stairs. Breakfast was adequate, nothing special, with limited selection, but hot and kept stalked. The location is right in downtown close to the greenbelt by the falls and river.
