We booked this hotel for our anniversary and got the room with the fireplace and jacuzzi tub. The room was very large and beautiful. Breakfast was great. Check in on phone was easy. I rated it overall poor experience because there were many families there with children for a hockey tournament. The kids were running in the hall playing hockey, banging against the walls etc. Also above us was banging. Went on for an hour and a half or more . Called the front desk to complain. They stopped eventually. The lady at the front desk said the parents just laughed at her basically when she told them there was a complaint and she couldn’t do anything else. Very rude of the families there letting their children behave that way, I feel there needs to be a manager that can deal with that whole It’s happening.

It was an excellent stay.. The front desk was super nice and offered us an upgrade. The room and the hotel itself are very clean. The pool area with Jacuzzi hot tub was also well maintained. The exercise room had more than average equipment which I enjoyed. The buffet had real food like bacon and eggs. We will be going back there and I recommend it to others without hesitation.
