Mobile home Cadzand-Bad / Retranchement

Would you like to spend a nice holiday by the sea?
Then rent our mobile home at the family-friendly campsite "De Zwinhoeve". The official postal address is Duinweg, Retranchement. For me it belongs to Cadzand (www.cadzand-online.de), the southernmost seaside resort in the Netherlands and is about 2 km from the center. This one can escape the hustle and bustle there, but has all the possibilities to shop there. Other shops can be found in Oostburg, Sluis and Knokke (all about 8 km away). There are all major supermarket chains to find.
The Ardoer campsite "De Zwinhoeve" (www.ardoer.com / camping / de-zwinhoeve) is located directly below the dike. From the mobile home (No. 170) to the beach / dike is about 200m. The campsite adjoins the nature reserve "Het Zwin" and is equipped with all amenities. On the long weekends and in the holidays there is children animation, playgrounds, restaurant + small supermarket with snack are available. For an additional fee, there is a sauna, 2 washing machines and a dryer.
Description mobile home:
The large cozy kitchen has a sofa, dining table, satellite TV, a 4-burner gas stove with oven, refrigerator with 3 * freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.
The mobile home has 3 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds. The "master bedroom" has a 1.40x2, 00 m double bed with access to the walk-in closet and toilet.
The first bedroom has 2 single beds and the 2nd. Bedroom over a single bed. Sheets and pillows are everywhere, as well as plenty of storage space for your belongings.
Toilet and shower are separated in different rooms and are both equipped with a vanity.
Outside there are 2 terraces. A "high terrace" at the entrance with very cozy wooden chairs and behind it in the garden with garden furniture. In the garden house you will find 4 bicycles (a large men's bike, 2 women's bicycles and a mountain bike). The bikes can be shared for free. The bikes are all a bit older but fully functional, as long as the guests treat them well and leave them in good working order. A charcoal kettle grill is also available, as well as a parking space for your car right at the mobile home. In the garden house is still a Tief- / Kühlkombination.
IMPORTANT:
● Smoking in a mobile home is not allowed.

● Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the mobile home with its own Wi-Fi modem
● There are separate fees charged by the campsite (currently € 4 per person / day)

Sehr schöne umgebung...park sehr schön, Haus schon etwas in die jahre gekommen, trotzdem schön und mit Hund super. Einige mängel am haus. Dusche war verstopft Kühlschrank war sehr sehr schmutzig Im schlafzimmer hat es am 18.9.bei stark Regen durch die deckenlüftung geregnet. Es war ein wunderschöner urlaub und werden nächstes jahr bestimmt wieder kommen.

Urlaub mit Hunden

Die Pluspunkte: Perfekt für einen Strandurlaub mit Hunden. Die Lage ist hierfür einfach unschlagbar. Das Chalet ist groß genug für zwei Erwachsene und max. einem Kind mit zwei Hunden. Alles darüber hinaus wird unserer Meinung nach schwierig. Die Ausstattung der Küche und des Wohnraumes war absolut ausreichend und in Ordnung, ebenso wie die Sauberkeit. Das Restaurant des Platzes ist empfehlenswert - die Preise entsprechen denen der gesamten Umgebung. Alles in allem war der Platz sehr ruhig, man könnte auch sagen, es war nichts los! Die Nachteile: Die Teppiche in den Schlafräumen waren sehr schmutzig und extrem unansehnlich, fast schon eklig, hier ist dringender Handlungsbedarf gegeben. Die Heizung läuft leider nur im Wohnraum (die Sanitärräume hatten eigene Heizelemente). Da wir leider extrem schlechtes Wetter mit viel Regen und Kälte hatten, war es uns (auch als Kaltschläfer) viel zu kalt und feucht in den Schlafräumen, die nicht beheizbar sind. Schade! Außerdem wäre eine kurze Anleitung, z.B. für die Heizung(en) und auch für den Backofen sehr hilfreich, nicht jeder kennt sich mit Gasöfen aus. Die Dusche war groß genug und das Wasser heiß, die Duschabtrennung müsste allerdings dringend überarbeitet werden! Fazit: Wer also einen Urlaub am Strand mit Hunden machen möchte und viel Ruhe sucht, ist hier am richtigen Platz.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen, stark abgewohnt - außer Couch im Wohnbereich. Gas-Backofen ohne jegliche Bedienungsanleitung. Licht in der Toilette ging nicht. 3-teilige ( im wahrsten Sinne des Worts ) Duschabtrennung defekt. Duschabdichtung hängt lose herum.

Zeer complete caravan

De caravan oogt wat rommelig, maar is zeer compleet. Wij waren erg blij met alle dingen die we mochten gebruiken van de eigenaar. Goede fietsen, ligbed, extra koelkast en vriezer. Zeer complete keuken inventaris . Prima verblijf gehad met leuke dorpjes in de buurt en dichtbij het strand. Wij komen zeker terug.

es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Für unser Geschmack hätte es etwas sauberer sein können... Das Mobilheim ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und müsste hier und da mal etwas renoviert werden, aber im Großen und Ganzen war es in Ordnung. Die Lage zum Strand ist perfekt!

Schöner Aufenthalt in unmittelbarer Strandnähe

Wir waren eine Woche da. Das Mobilhome an sich hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Es war nicht tipptopp sauber und ist in die Jahre gekommen. Der Garten dagegen ist super und die Nähe zum Strand unschlagbar. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar ein Bier kaltgestellt. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür!

Tolle Unterkunft in bester Lage

Direkt hinterm Deich gelegene, gemütliche und funktionale Unterkunft auf einem netten Campingplatz mit großem und hellem Wohn-Essbereich. Optimal auch mit Hund nutzbar, Hundestrand vor der Türe... leider hat unser Hund Schlupflöcher in der Umzäunung des Gartens gefunden und den Campingplatz dann eigenständig erkundet :-) Würden sofort wiederkommen, volle Empfehlung!

Urlaub der gefällt

Für den Preis war alles zufriedenstellend. Wenn man nur eine Unterkunft braucht und den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist. Die Entreinigungsgebühr erscheint mir ein wenig zu hoch. Der Platz als solches hat 4Sterne die auch gerechtfertigt sind. Ein toller Campingplatz. Nur über die Straße und man ist am Strand. Cadzand Promenade ist sehr kurz, 4restaurant neben einander und dann lange nichts, aber in allen 4 sehr lecker. Ein kleiner Sparmarkt der seinen Namen zu Unrecht trägt(sehr teuer). Der Strand sehr sauber. Wer Hunde mag ist dort genau richtig. Schade war nur die Wege waren teilweise mit Hundekot versehen, da müsste man den Hundebesitzer mehr in die Pflicht nehmen. Alles in Allem hat es uns gut gefallen und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Alles bestens ! Wir haben ein perfekt ausgerüstetes Mobilheim vorgefunden (fast noch besser als in der Beschreibung); die Lage zum Strand ist super optimal!! Die Gesamtanlage ist sehr ruhig und sehr gepflegt . Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert - jederzeit wieder ( Juli 2019)
