at pool level, that is empty and not used). On the main, you enter the
villa via the modernly equipped living room with adjoining kitchen and
shower room. Additionally on this floor there is a double bedroom.
Beautiful terraces surround the villa providing the most amazing views
over the Aegean Sea.Stairs lead up to the 1st floor where there are 3
bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin, 1 single) as well as a large bathroom.

The living room has a ornamental fireplace, comfortable sofas,
Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There
is also a barbecue outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
