Welcome to Tsourlakis Residence, your family holiday home, away from home! Tsourlakis Residence is a lovely, spacious Villa, ideal for for large families or groups of friends, conveniently located within walking distance, only 800 meters, from restaurants, super markets, cafes, pharmacy, post office and all every day amenities, that can be found in the village of Pigi! Additionally, in the sandy, blue-flag awarded beach of Pigianos Kampos, just 3 km away, you can try several fun activities such as scuba diving, water sports, swimming, go kart and horse riding! The Residence’s location is very peaceful, promising a relaxing vacation for you and your loved ones!

Layout
Interior
Tsourlakis Residence covers 280 m2 and it’s divided in three levels, boasting six bedrooms and ample space for up to 15 guests. The whole Residence is very comfortable, airy and sunny all day long long with spacious rooms that allow you to make the most out of the beautiful, long summer days!

Ground Floor
The ground floor of Tsourlakis Residence consists of an open-plan area, including large dining table for all the guests with direct access to the pool terrace, one of the two kitchens and a sitting area with a big flat screen TV and a sofa. For those who don’t want to stop practising during their holiday and always be in shape, there’s a well equipped gym with a treadmill, static bicycle, abs bench, elliptical machine, a butterfly machine and exercise mats! Also, two adjoining interconnecting bedrooms are there to welcome you on the ground floor. There is an interconnecting door for the better convenience of bigger families, or as an alternative the two bedrooms can be used as individual and private bedrooms with their own separate entrances. The first bedroom boasts three single beds, as well as the other bedroom features two single beds, which could be joined to form a King Size bed, as well as one more single bed and offers direct access to the pool terrace. Next to the bedrooms guests can find a family bathroom with a shower. An additional WC is also located at the kitchen and living room area.

First Floor
Climbing up the marble stairs, guests will find themselves in the main living room of the Villa which features an open fireplace and large double doors offering access to a 50m2 veranda. The living room is very spacious, decorated with wonderful wooden furniture, leather couches and earth coloured fabrics, creating a cosy atmosphere.. The living room area communicates with the fully equipped kitchen and the dining table for 8 people right next to it. Furthermore, one more bedroom with a double bed (1,60x2) plus one single bed (0,90x2), as well as a family bathroom with a shower are located on this level.

Second Floor
A few steps above, lie the three remaining bedrooms of the residence, two of them featuring a King Size bed each and the third bedroom boast two single beds which can be joined to form a King Size bed for your better comfort and convenience. Finally, a family bathroom with a spa whirlpool bathtub is also available. Both bedrooms have access to a large,70m2 veranda. Both verandas are equipped with patio furniture and boast stunning views of the sea and the surrounding area. All bedrooms are air conditioned and all beds have Media Strom mattresses, promising a blissful uninterrupted night's sleep, as well as your outmost comfort. Also, quality bathroom amenities are provided.

Tsourlakis Residence is also very baby friendly oriented, equipped with all the necessary equipment a family travelling with a baby will need, including: two baby cots, two high chairs, a baby bathtub, baby toys and plastic kitchen utensils. Books and some games are also available at the Villa.

Exterior
The vast outside area of 600 m2 is also ideal for families travelling with young kids as it’s equipped with a large children’s playground featuring a ping pong table, a trampoline, two children’s bicycles, swings, a small slide and various toys.

To make things even better, a magnificent private swimming pool of 50 m2 and 1.40-1.60m deep stands out on the terrace, inviting you to refresh and have fun all day long! The tile-paved terrace has pool sun beds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower! Also, you can try al fresco dining, thanks to the BBQ facilities and the outdoor dining area by the pool, under the shade of the pergola. More photos will follow soon!

Additionally, next to the pool terrace there are 80m2 lawn covered gardens, trees, potted plants and flowers, where you can spend your days and nights, sunbathing or just staring at the stars and listening to the night birds! Sit in the outdoor swing and enjoy the calmness, peace and quiet of the village!
