Everything about the suites was so well thought out and managed, everywhere was clean and tidy and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Convenient for shops and restaurants, the beach across the road with sun beds and drink service.

This was our best and favorite stay of our trip. The place was immaculate and not a single detail was overlooked. Everything was spotless. You get treats when you arrive, treats during your stay, and farewell treats as well which was a nice surprise. Staff goes above and beyond to make you feel like royalty. Walking distance to tons of restaurants. There is a rooftop to have coffee or cocktails from the bar on premises or you can cross the street to the beach and be waited on by the staff while lounging. What a gem. I can’t recommend this place enough and hope to be back!

Calla was a perfect stop for my daughter and I to enjoy some relaxation after our cruise and get our legs back after being on a ship for 8 days. We loved everything about this hotel. The amenities felt luxury but also very comfortable, and laid back. The owners and their family treated us like we were family and so kind. They offered many ideas for local restaurants and sights to see. Highly recommend!

First off the boutique hotel is just perfect. The rooms are so well appointed for couples or families with kitchenettes, multiple bathrooms, seperate areas, etc. All this across from a beautiful beach managed by the hotel. The staff is very friendly and warm. You also have free access to parking . The location is excellent as well, far enough from the louder and busier area of old town but close enough for you to indulge. You should put this property on the top of your list if going to Rethymno!

An amazing hotel

I can't praise this hotel enough. As someone who has traveled extensively and stayed in numerous luxury hotels, Calla Luxury Suites stands in a league of its own. The hotel is small, with only six rooms, and there are more staff members than rooms — and it shows in the level of service. It was consistently and exceptionally flawless. The room was modern and clean. We had the pool area mostly to ourselves. The beach is just across the road, and the sun loungers are freely available for hotel guests. The hotel bar also serves the beach area. The highlight of our stay was the individually prepared breakfast! I warmly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a true luxury experience.
